Adam Roseman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ARC Investment Partners, LLC (“ARC” or the “Company”), a private equity firm that invests in companies, announced today that Steve Magami has been named Managing Director. Bringing extensive experience and a successful track record to the ARC team, Magami is responsible for originating, structuring and executing transactions as well as driving strategic initiatives within ARC’s portfolio companies.
“With his impressive background as a private equity principal investor and investment banker Steve is an invaluable asset to the ARC team and our ongoing success,” stated Roseman.
Prior to joining ARC Magami was a Principal with Lovell Minnick Partners (“LMP”), a Los Angeles based private equity firm. At LMP he focused on executing leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth capital investments in the global financial services and business services sectors, where the firm generated top quartile performance. Magami served on the boards of several established portfolio companies where his involvement included guiding business strategy, leading corporate development initiatives, and evaluating and executing acquisitions and divestitures. Before his career with LMP Magami was an investment banker at a boutique merchant bank where he developed and advised on buy-and-build strategies for leading private equity groups.
Magami is a member of Generation Next, an invitation-only national political action committee consisting of young business leaders. He is also active in philanthropic and charitable causes. Magami earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara where he completed the pre-medical curriculum.
