ARC Investment Partners, LLC (“ARC”), a private equity firm that invests in companies, has officially opened its Beverly Hills, CA office and commenced operations. In order to maintain its diversity, ARC’s investments are focused on a broad range of industries and functioning as a long-term builder of successful companies.
Led by Adam Roseman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the senior staff also consists of: Michael Kurdziel, head of ARC’s Portfolio Company Operations/Business Development, co-founder of DealerTrack and former Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for Activision, Inc.; Scott Jenkins, head of ARC’s Aftermarket Support, a highly experienced investment banker and institutional salesman; Soon-to-be-announced former senior venture capitalist and head of ARC’s Transaction Execution Richard Gammill; and John Gray, Chief Operating Officer and former Senior Technology Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers.
Prior to forming ARC, Roseman was an investment banker at Barrington Associates, a leading independent investment banking firm. Roseman’s experience also includes various investment banking roles with Lehman Brothers’ Global Investment Banking Group, West Coast Corporate Finance Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Technology Investment Banking Group of US Bancorp Piper Jaffray.
Roseman is a Founding Member of the Board of Directors of Generation NeXt and is a regular speaker on Corporate Finance at various conferences. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and is an active supporter of various other charitable organizations.
