December 12, 2005 – ARC Investment Partners Founder and CEO Demonstrates Outstanding Commitment to Philanthropic Endeavors Throughout U.S.

Adam Roseman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ARC Investment Partners, LLC (“ARC” or the “Company”), a private equity firm that invests in companies, is being recognized not only for his business endeavors but also as a substantial contributor to several charities across the country.

Growing up as a Little Brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, Roseman has a deeply rooted belief that it is his duty to give back to the organization that helped shape his future. Additionally, he feels that CEOs and business leaders have a responsibility to invest in the communities that contribute to their success. “The need for business leaders to play an active role in philanthropy is greater than ever. An engaged and involved CEO helps set the tone that encourages individual employees to contribute time, talents and money to help make the world a better place,” Roseman commented.

Due to his strong ties to Big Brothers Big Sisters, Roseman currently sits on the Board of Directors for the BBBS of Orange County and plans to transfer to the Board of Directors for the Greater Los Angeles chapter in January 2006. As a Board member, Roseman offers direction on various programs and fundraising efforts, provides strategic counseling, and is involved in the recruitment of Big Brothers and Big Sisters in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Additionally, Roseman is a large fundraiser for the Orange County chapter, and makes significant personal financial contributions. His long-term goal is to continue to contribute as much as he can to the BBBS mission to help single-parent children reach their potential through the one-on-one mentoring relationships provided through the program.

Another program Roseman is devoted to is the annual Cedars-Sinai Sports Spectacular, the premier sports awards dinner in the country, in which he is a member of the Steering Committee for the 2006 event. The Sports Spectacular volunteers consist of Executives, Athletes and Community Leaders who donate their time and resources to raising more than $15 million to date for Cedars-Sinai Medical Genetics-Birth Defects Center through this special event. Roseman is personally underwriting $50,000 for the event and assisting with the benefit’s VIP after party, which he is co-hosting with Sam Nazarian.

Roseman’s charitable contributions extend to numerous organizations in addition to BBBS and the Sports Spectacular, as he is continually looking for ways he and his company can help make a difference in their community and the world as a whole. “We measure our success not only by our business results, but by our performance as compassionate people giving back what we can,” Roseman stated. “Philanthropy has evolved beyond check writing to promoting real passion and involvement in charities of choice among all business leaders. Philanthropy is not just about giving money to worthy causes, it is about individual and company participation as local, national and global citizens.”
